Meet Tiffany, owner of Total Balance Yoga & Fitness Studio.  Tiffany has 17 years of experience in the wellness industry. She completed her Exercise Physiology Degree from Slippery Rock University in 2007, soon followed by Health & Physical Education in 2012. Tiffany has her 200 RYT yoga certification, pre-natal yoga certification and Reiki Practitioner level 2 certification. 
"It has been a dream of mine to have a space where I can help people find balance, healing and connection in their day-to-day life, so they can live happier & healthier each day."

Meet Mahogany! 
Mahogany has her 200hr E-RYT. She specializes in perinatal yoga, vinyasa, yin, and rocket yoga. Mahogany believes in nurturing a welcoming and inclusive space where ever
yone feels comfortable exploring their practice, no matter their level of experience. Whether you're seeking to enhance flexibility, build strength, find relaxation, or learn new techniques to support you in your journey to new parenthood, she is here to help guide you every step of the way.

Meet Connie!
Constance has been a AFAA Group fitness certified Zumba instructor for 10 years and has been teaching Yoga for 5 years. Constance has practiced a variety of styles of yoga (e.g., Ashtanga, Bikram, Power, Vinyasa, Hot yoga, Restorative) to help improve her teachings. Constance describes her style of yoga instruction to be a combination of Vinyasa with power and restoration, that always includes a mindfulness-based approach e.g., mediation offering to start and closing of practice; focus on body.  "I strive to create a fun and inclusive space for people to move their bodies and feel great. Come have fun dancing, moving, and practicing with me!"

Meet Natalie!
Natalie is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor and continuing education provider and has been teaching since 2010 in and around Pittsburgh. Her classes focus on teaching a strong practice with emphasis on accessibility, challenge and fun. Yoga is meant to be practiced with enjoyment and without judgment. ​

Meet Alba!
​Alba is a certified 200-Hours of Yoga Alliance classical Hatha Yoga Teacher. She has been a certified group exercise Fitness instructor for the last 10 years and began her teaching career as a Zumba and Piloxing instructor. Over the last 10 years Alba has taken numerous continuing education workshops including Singing bowls, Mantra Chanting, Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, Bandhas Pranayama practices. Alba loves teaching Hatha Yoga incorporated with Pranayama, along with other yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. In addition, her love and passion is teaching "Mantra Chanting", "Bhandas Breathing techniques" and "Face Yoga" workshops. Her classes are transformative, inspiring and supportive. " For my students, it is an honor for me to help introduce and explore all different styles of yoga, as the experience of yoga can impact our lives in so many ways."

Meet Deena! Deena has her RYT 200 Deena has been sharing her love of yoga as a practitioner since 2008. She obtained her 200hr training in the Amazon jungles of Peru in 2022, learning multiple yoga styles. Yin and Restorative being her most favorite yoga styles to practice and teach. ​
