    A shorter, but dynamic 45-50 minute flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 5:45 pm – Total Balance Vinyasa
    A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 7:00 pm – Total Balance Yin + Restore
    Slow, meditative holds targeting deep connective tissues for flexibility and stress relief.

Tuesday
  • 7:00 am – Total Balance Barre
    An energizing barre workout that blends ballet-inspired moves with strength and core work.
  • 8:30 am – Total Balance Stretch

    Unwind midweek with supported postures held for longer periods to deeply stretch connective tissues.

Thursday

Sunday
