Wednesday
- 7:00 am – Total Balance Barre
- An energizing barre workout that blends ballet-inspired moves with strength and core work.
- 8:30 pm – Total Balance Express Power
A shorter, but impactful flow 45-minute class, strong Vinyasa mix with dynamic movements, strength, core and balance. - 5:45pm – Total Yoga Fit
A dynamic class that blends energizing strong yoga flows with strength- building exercises using light weights and bands for a full - body workout. (1/2 of the class is yoga focused while the second part of class is a total body workout.
- 7:00 pm – Total Balance Yin
Unwind midweek with supported yin yoga postures held for longer periods to deeply stretch connective tissues and release stress.
