WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE

 Monday
  • 6:00 am - Yinz Rise & Stretch 
  • 7:00 am – Total Balance Yoga
  • A balanced flow combining breath and movement to build strength, core, flexibility and mindfulness.
  • 8:30 am – Total Balance Sculpt Circuit
    A high-energy workout incorporating body weight strength and conditioning exercises. Using Bands and lite weights for a full body workout.
  • 4:30 pm – Total Balance Express Vinyasa (Seasonal)
    A shorter, but dynamic 45–50-minute flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 5:45 pm – Total Balance Vinyasa
    A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 7:00 pm – Total Balance Yin + Restore
    Slow, meditative holds targeting deep connective tissues for flexibility and stress relief.

Tuesday
  • 8:30 am – Total Balance Stretch (Seasonal)
    A stretch and mobility class to wake up your body and improve joint health.
  • 5:45 pm – Total Sculpt Circuits 
    Rotate through energizing stations designed to tone, sculpt, and boost endurance while using body weight, bands & light weights to upbeat music.  
  • 7:00 pm – Total Balance Gentle Yoga
    A calming class that combines gentle movement, breath, and relaxation to release tension and restore balance.

Wednesday
  • 8:30 pm – Total Balance Express Yoga
    A shorter, but impactful flow 45-minute class, strong Vinyasa mix with dynamic movements, strength, core and balance.
  • 5:45pm – Total Balance Vinyasa
    A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 7:00 pm – Total Balance Yin 
    Unwind midweek with supported yin yoga postures held for longer periods to deeply stretch connective tissues and release stress.

Thursday
  • 6:00 am – Total Balance Vinyasa                                                                                                                                                 45-minute yoga class, strong Vinyasa mix with dynamic movements, strength, core and balance.
  • 7:00 am – Total Balance Vinyasa                                                                                                                                                A balanced flow combining breath and movement to build strength and mindfulness.
  • 5:45pm – Total Balance Sculpt
    A high-energy workout incorporating body weight strength and conditioning exercises. Using Bands and light weights for a full body workout.
  • 7:00 pm – Total Balance Yin + Mindfulness

Friday
  • 7:00 am – Total Balance Vinyasa                                                                                                                                               A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 4:30 pm- Total Balance Yoga Express
          A shorter, but impactful flow 45-minute class, strong Vinyasa mix with dynamic movements, strength, core
​          and balance.
  • 6:30pm– Total Balance Yoga
    A weekly alternating instructor class - (Gentle Yoga to energizing Buti Yoga) Check the schedule. 

Saturday
  • 8:00 am – Total Balance Mat Pilates
    Core-focused conditioning using breath and precise movements to tone and align.
  • 9:30 am – Total Balance Slow & Flow
    A mindful vinyasa practice that releases to yin yoga for the perfect balance.
  • 11:00am - Once a Month Community Yoga (pay what you can) 
  • 3:00 pm - A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.

Sunday
  • 8:30 am – Total Balance Yoga
    Easy like Sunday morning, gentle stretches that gradually move into a vinyasa flow created a little heat and cool back down with core & stretches.
  • 10:00 am – Total Balance Vinyasa
    A dynamic flow linking movement with breath, suitable for all levels.
  • 4:30 pm - Total Balance Healing Circle (once a month) 
  • 6:30 pm – Total Balance Restore
    A deeply relaxing class using props to fully support the body in long, restful poses.
  • 1:00 pm – Once a month Family Yoga 
    A playful practice for ages 4+ blending yoga poses, light fitness moves, and partner activities.
