She holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Slippery Rock University (2007), as well as a degree in Health & Physical Education (2012). Her credentials also include a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification, Prenatal Yoga certification, and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner certification.
Tiffany's approach is rooted in a deep passion for holistic wellness and mindful movement. Her mission is to create a welcoming, supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves through balance, healing, and community.

Her classes focus on cultivating strength and stability, while moving and breathing together to find a moving meditation. She encourages students to practice without judgement, and be in the moment.

Over the past 10 years, Alba has pursued extensive continuing education, including studies in sound healing with singing bowls, mantra chanting, Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, and pranayama practices such as Bandhas and breathwork. In the summer of 2021, Lidia earned her RYT 200 certification as a yoga instructor and began teaching in 2022. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others, helping them increase flexibility and strength through dynamic poses, while cultivating inner peace through mindful awareness.
In addition to her yoga certification, Lidia is also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and as of 2025, became a holistic wellness coach through Guiding Mindful Change, further enhancing her ability to support and guide others on their wellness journey.

Caitlin’s passion for movement began at the age of five and has shaped her career as a former professional dancer. There, she earned a degree in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and spent the next 12 years dancing and training in a variety of modalities. During this time, she also expanded her expertise with certifications in massage therapy, health, and nutrition coaching.
Caitlin holds a degree from the Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences, and certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaches. After relocating back to Pittsburgh with the birth of her first son, Caitlin took time to focus on motherhood while reigniting her love for movement, wellness, and performing.
Now, Caitlin performs locally with several regional theater companies, blending her love for singing, dancing, and performing both on stage and in her kitchen. Alongside her artistic endeavors, she balances the demands of raising two sons, renovating an old house, and working with clients in massage therapy, fitness, and coaching.
Her classes are dynamic and engaging, infused with anatomical knowledge, and designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their current fitness level.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from Point Park University in 2011 and has trained and performed with renowned artists, including Ron Tassone, Alison Sidenstricker, Gustavo Zajac, Ofelia Loret de Mola, and Sarah Parker of Continuum Dance Theatre and Evolve Productions.
Kaylee had the honor of performing as a principal dancer in the Golden Globe-nominated film Love and Other Drugs, directed by Edward Zwick. Her dance career was flourishing until an injury in NYC halted her progress, leaving her at a crossroads. Struggling with confidence and navigating the challenges of a career-ending injury, Kaylee’s life took a new turn as she embraced motherhood with the birth of two beautiful, energetic boys.
As a stay-at-home mom, Kaylee realized the importance of prioritizing her mental health. She began practicing yoga more regularly, finding peace and balance within herself. When she discovered BUTI Yoga, it resonated with her so deeply that she was moved to tears.
